Policies:
- All reservations are non-refundable.
- All reservations must be completed by January 5th, 2027. Early Bird ends on October 19th, 2026.
- Payments are made per room total. LSDC will no be dividing room payments.
- To request a milestones payment plan, please email the studio at info@lspgh.com or use the form below.
- We accept cash, checks, and credit card payments. All credit card payments include an additional 4% processing fee.
- Pricing does not include flights or ground transportation. Each participant is responsible for booking their own flights and ground transportation.
- Participation in any events included is optional and at one’s own risk.
- No more than 3 adults per room allowed. If you book an option that does not correspond with the occupancy in your room, you will be billed for the difference.
- Kids stay for FREE up to 4 years old, with an additional $60 charge per night for 5-12 and count towards room limits. Two adults, two kids OR three adults, one kid. Parents are responsible for any accompanying minors.
- Participants agree to follow all Los Sabrosos Conduct Policies as described on our webpage.
