Comfortable Zouk: Close embrace
Tuesday, March 31st 6-7 PM
While Brazilian Zouk is a highly technical dance, it is also a dance that reminds us to be aware of both your own and your partners body in order to build a comfortable, connected dance. In this workshop we will take a gentle approach to building the tools for having comfortable dances in close embrace that can be applied to Zouk and many other dances. By building comfort in close embrace, we can bring more joy that can allow us to enjoy every dance that we have.
Level: Beginner. Zouk 1 classes highly recommended but not required
