Making Space for Grief: Friday 3/21 6PM Sat 3/22 9 Making Space for Grief: Friday 3/21 6PM Sat 3/22 9AM . Our dance community is grieving the loss of a cherished member. Join us for 2 free support groups designed to help us navigate this difficult time together. Why Grief Support? Grief is a natural response to loss, and expressing it is essential for healing. Sharing your experience in a supportive community can lessen feelings of isolation and provide comfort. This group offers a safe space for emotional expression and connection. What to Expect: We'll engage in gentle somatic release activities, cathartic release, and creative outlets to process our grief. These practices can help release pent-up emotions and promote healing in a way that words alone cannot. Participation in any activity is entirely optional, allowing you to honor your individual comfort level, including sitting in silence. Sessions provided by professional counselor, Sydney Stephenson.
