At Los Sabrosos Dance Co. we are looking to give back to the heroes in our community who make the world better. That is why every month we are giving away one Noche Latina pass to three everyday heroes from the Pittsburgh area. These passes allow holders to come into any of our 2024 Noche Latina or Zouk-chata socials, including our pre-social mini lesson. All passes are valid for 6 months from issue date. Individuals and organizations are encouraged to nominate everyday heroes, including teachers, healthcare providers, first responders, volunteers, mentors, etc. All heroes must be 18 years or older and live or work in the Pittsburgh area.
To nominate an individual please fill THIS FORM. Submissions will be evaluated by Los Sabrosos Dance Co. and placed on a list. Three winners will be randomly selected from this list every month until December 2024. Nominations are open until November 30th, 2024. Please contact Los Sabrosos Dance Co. with any questions. Eligibility
- Los Sabrosos Dance Co. Nominate a Hero program is open to Pennsylvania residents, ages 18 or older, living or working in Pittsburgh or surrounding neighborhoods.
- Current LSDanceCo. employees, immediate family, or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to participate in the program.
- Past recipients of courtesy LSDanceCo gift certificates or passes are ineligible to participate in the program.
- All recipients agree to behave according to the LSDanceCo Code of Conduct when in the studio or at an event hosted by studio staff.
- Los Sabrosos Dance Co Nominate a Hero Program 2024 period: This program begins on April 1st, 2024 and ends on November 30th, 2024. To be eligible, all entries must be received within the specified period.
Agreement to Rules
- Nominators: By completing the program form you agree to abide by the official rules. LSDC reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time. By completing the form you agree that the person nominated is eligible to participate based on the requirements explained above. You also agree to accept the decisions of LSDC as final.
- By completing the electronic nomination form you agree to receive electronic communications from LSDC, including program updates, studio newsletters, promotional materials, and others.
- By completing the entry form, the nominating individual grants LSDC permission to use their likeness, entry, and name for the purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
- All participants of LSDC Nominate a Hero program agree to follow LSDC policies, including behavior expectations as described on our policies page. All participants of LSDC classes and events agree to follow additional instructions provided by LSDC staff.
Procedures
- How to Enter: Individuals and organizations can nominate eligible candidates by completing an entry via the online form provided. Entry must be complete and meet the requirements described above in order to be considered. Incomplete entries or those that do not meet the established criteria will be disqualified.
- Only one entry per nominating person allowed, repeated entries will be disqualified.
- Winner selection: The names of eligible individuals will be placed on a list of possible winners. Every month 3 winners will be selected by random drawing. Note: LSDC reserves the right to pick from specific categories in any single drawing (e.g. picking from a list of teachers during Back to School season).
- The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
- LSDC will inform the winners within 10 days of selection. Selected heroes and their nominators will be informed via email, phone call, or both about their selection. LSDC is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for winner’s or nominator’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email as well as for the nominator’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Prizes
- The individuals selected for Los Sabrosos Dance Co. Nominate a Hero Program 2024 will receive a Noche Latina pass. The pass allows the holder entry to any of our Noche Latina or Zouk-chata socials, including the scheduled mini-lesson. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted. The individual selected, upon accepting the prize, is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize. No purchase required to use or claim the prize. Prize must be claimed and used within 6-months from the issue date. Expiration date is printed on the pass certificate.
- If the selected individual fails to claim the prize within 30 days of first notification the prize is forfeited.
- By accepting the prize, the individual selected grants LSDC permission to use their likeness, nomination text, and name for the purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Terms & Conditions:
- In its sole discretion, LSDC reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the program for any reason, including but not limited to non-authorized human intervention, technological issues, or LSDC inability to continue providing the labor required to run the program.
- Your entry into this program constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless LSDC and its representatives, successors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the program.
