Join Maria Hamer, Los Sabrosos Bellydance instructor and 1 1/2 year survivor of triple negative breast cancer. This workshop is all levels and for anyone that has been affected by breast cancer. Wuthering Heights is choreographed by musician Kate Bush and re-imagined by Maria Hamer. Every registrant will get a video tutorial to follow before the workshop, and at the workshop we will go through the choreography and discuss performance at Los Sabrosos’s Spring Showcase May 29, 2026. Performance is not necessary, but encouraged! To perform you must wear red to go with the theme. 100% of Maria’s income will go to the BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Foundation)

Sensual Bachata Monthly Workshop

In this course students will learn the fundamental techniques to execute the fluid movements of the popular Sensual Bachata style. This class focuses on how to prepare to lead sensual moves and the cues follows need to recognize to complete them.
Students must be comfortable leading or following basic foot patterns and doing basic turn prior to the workshop. Bachata 1 and 2 courses recommended.
Level: Bachata 1 required, Bachata 2 highly recommended.
