Join instructor Lauren Panza for a 90 minute modified yoga and Pilates class designed for anyone looking to enhance their overall fitness and well-being. Suitable for all levels, the class begins by building slow heat through controlled movements that gradually increase your heart rate and prepare your muscles for deeper work. You’ll focus on creating long, lean muscles and enhancing core strength with Pilates techniques, helping you achieve a toned physique and improve your balance. As the class progresses, you’ll engage in exercises aimed at elongating and strengthening your muscles, essential for dancers. We’ll finish each session with a calming Vinyasa yoga sequence that soothes both your mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed at the end of class. Modifications are available for those needing gentler options, and variations of more intense postures are offered for those seeking a challenge.

Hearts in Harmony: A Valentine’s Yoga Experience

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a playful and heart-centered yoga experience designed for anyone you love! Whether you’re sharing the mat with your significant other, bestie, or family member, this class is the perfect blend of movement and connection! Start the night with flowing Vinyasa sequences to warm up your bodies and hearts. Then, team up for uplifting and adventurous Acro Yoga, guaranteed to spark laughter and trust. End the evening with calming Yin Yoga, where you’ll stretch and relax together in deep, grounding poses.
All levels are welcome, and we promise you’ll leave with happy hearts, a few new moves, and unforgettable memories. Grab your favorite Valentine’s Day gear, bring your favorite partner in crime and join us for a night of love, laughter, and yoga!

Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in as classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
