Rehearsal rentals: Starting at $35*
For individuals or groups looking for a space to rehearse dance routines, acting scenes, performances, etc. Minimum rental time: One (1) hour.
Meeting space rentals: Starting at $250*
For small groups looking for a space to host a meeting, reunion, workshop, or similar event. Rental includes chairs, tables, and table cloths. You are welcome to bring any food or drink you wish.
Minimum rental time: Two (2) hours.
Event rentals: Starting at $350*
For small to mid-size groups looking for a space to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, etc. Includes chairs, tables, and table cloths. You are welcome to bring any food or drink you wish.
Minimum rental time: Three (3) hours.
Large Event rentals: Starting at $675*
For large groups looking for a space to host dance parties, birthday celebrations, bridal showers, and other events. Includes chairs, tables, and table cloths. You are welcome to bring any food or drink you wish. **Venue coordinator on site.
Minimum rental time: Five (5) hours.

*Pricing showed above is the minimum price for an event of that size. Pricing may vary depending on estimated guest count, date, time of day, length of the event, and other factors. All rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit will result in event cancellation. All rentals require the client provide a security deposit, returnable upon inspection of the venue by two staff members. Security deposit amount determined by estimated guest count at the the time of booking.** Venue coordinators are responsible for venue set-up and trouble shooting on the day of the event. They are not responsible for planning or coordinating with external vendors. Please see your event contract for full terms, rules, and restrictions.
